At MOEFLAVOR INTL, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If your new fashion items aren't the perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all eligible unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached, ensuring the products are in their original, unworn condition.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the portal, print it out, and securely attach it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
